Can I return an item if the size doesn't fit?

Returns for reasons other than those noted on the product page (such as stains or defects) are not accepted.

As we mainly handle pre-owned items, restocking is not guaranteed.

We operate multiple stores and there may be timing discrepancies in stock synchronization; please note that an item may be out of stock.

What should I do if an item has a defect?

As the products we handle are basically second-hand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to wear, scratches or soiling. If there are significant defects (such as damage) that differ markedly from the condition described on the product page, returns are possible within three days of delivery.

What are the conditions for returns or exchanges?

All shipped items have tags. Items with the tag removed cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

Who pays the shipping costs for returns?

In principle, the buyer is responsible.

We will refund via credit card or your PayPal account.

If you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, we will accommodate your request.

I was refused when I requested repair at an official store. Does that mean it is fake?

We authenticate all items in-house, so they are not counterfeit. Some brands do not accept repairs, so you may be refused.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

We do not offer this service.
