Customs Duties

Return Policy
As we mainly deal in pre-owned items, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons such as signs of use, scratches, or stains.
However, if there is a significant defect (such as damage) that is not described in the product page, a return is possible within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Fee
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Other Important Notes
- All shipped items will have a tag attached. Items with the tag removed cannot be returned.
- Please return the item in the condition you received it.
- We do not accept exchanges.
Order Cancellations
When Cancellations Are Possible
Cancellations can be made within 12 hours after placing the order and before the item has been shipped.
When Cancellations Are Not Possible
Cancellations cannot be made after 12 hours from placing the order.
